Powerful Mind
Practice important relaxation self-help techniques. Professionally guided sessions.


Yoga
Yoga is taught by a certified Yoga instructor and combines stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercise. Benefits include increased energy, improved muscle tone, flexibility and stress management.

Healthy and Delicious Cooking Class
Karen Zokovitch demonstrates step by step the preparation of a delicious cancer fighting meal… and then we eat! So, come hungry.
